mmerc20 Posted March 30, 2014 Share #1 Posted March 30, 2014 Perhaps someone can explain these to me. These look like USMC marksmanship badges and are made by Gemsco, but obviously they are in French. I am very confused by them so I hope someone can fill me in. What time frame are they? Are they for the US at all? Are they scarce/valuable? Mike

mmerc20 Posted March 30, 2014 Author Share #4 Posted March 30, 2014 Oh wierd. That wasn't expected. Are these terribly scarce or collectible? Mike
Dirk Posted March 30, 2014 Share #5 Posted March 30, 2014 For a Banana War collector they are very desirable.....you really don't see them that often. given the Marines were there 1915 until I think 1933. Very possible Marines serving in their defense force would have worn these....
mmerc20 Posted March 31, 2014 Author Share #6 Posted March 31, 2014 Without starting another topic in the other section, when found, what do these sell for on average? I have been trying to track down similar examples, but can't come up with anything. Mike
