American Heritage Posted March 2, 2014 Author #26 Posted March 2, 2014 Here is the remaining certificate still taped to the back of the FDR Citation. It is named to his mother, Elizabeth Holec, from the Yakima Valley, WA Chapter of the American Red Cross, dated Jan. 1946.

American Heritage Posted March 7, 2015 Author #48 Posted March 7, 2015 NICK, thanks for adding your piece of the grouping. I note that the HOLEC name marking in your jacket is identical to the name marking in his trousers which I have. USDOG, I would assume so as long as they did a red book for those men's classes. Would be a worthwhile research project for sure.
