Poss. WWI USMC First Aide Pouch?

Time for me to admit I also have an unhealthy USMC DQP bandage pouch addiction

 

Top centre has the same USMC stamp also found in the .45 mag pouch, M1910 packs, and some shovel covers. I thought this was pretty neat and not often encountered.

 

There's a type I, three type II's, and two type III's. One of the type III's is named to multiple Marines, and I tried to find others with interesting names as well.

 

Still on the hunt for some 'mint' condition examples to complete the collection. I have to admit it was a rather expensive thing to collect, and I likely overpaid for a couple of them and got burned big on a high-end fake not pictured in the process, live and learn I guess. I am more or less happy with what I have now though

 

 

Just because I'm lazy today I took these photos with an iphone5s, I will take better photos later at some point with my real camera.
