I have never seen or heard about a screw back 506 DUI other than this one. I bought it sometime around 2000 (definitely before BoB) at a show. Can anyone shed some light on to possibly who made it? Allan H. Posted February 14, 2014 Share #2 Posted February 14, 2014 This design is the current design of the 506th AIR. I would say that it probably dates to the 1970's. These narrow screw posts are normally associated with German made DUI's. I would assume that even with a lack of a back mark, that this is German made. Hope this helps.
