Need help with an id on this pin back crest

I am sorting through my insignia and came across this Meyer marked pin back DI. At one time I have the identity of this crest written down, but I can't find it. Does anyone recognize it. Thanks in advance

Capistrano identifies this as a post-war DUI for the 96th AAA Battalion.

 

I have a pinback pair with I-O hallmarks.
