How do you put AN6530 goggles on flight helmets?

If someone can post how to disconnect the strap so I can place it through the loops on the flight helmet I would appreciate it.

Just slip the spring-clip through its retainer on the frame. A little gentle pressure might be needed to get the clip to spread.
