RANDALL 1953 Posted January 20, 2014 Share #1 Posted January 20, 2014 My late mother in law worked in the Springfield Armory in WW2 finishing M1 Garand rifle stocks. My wife found this in her belongings. Looks to me like a basketball jersey in yellow with a red wool flaming bomb on the front and the number 2 on the back. not in the best condition as there are holes in the yellow shirt and the moths did some munching on the red emblems. Anyone know anything more on this?

JDrive Posted February 13, 2015 Share #3 Posted February 13, 2015 This is an older post but I thought I would add to it. I was looking around the site and I came across this POW baseball jersey(???) that has the same flaming bomb emblem on it. http://www.usmilitariaforum.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=72551&hl=317th
