WWII Wing ID; What is this?

These are odd... They have some qualities of sweetheart wings but these appear to be a bit more like patriotic jewelry. I think if they were a school wing you would at the very least have some specific logo or initials.

There are a few folks on this forum that are very knowledgeable about aviation schools so maybe they might chime in.

Cheers

Thanks John. In hand these look very "official" to me. With sweetheart and patriotic jewelry, I'm used to seeing pieces that are more feminine...either a small representation of a real wing, or an embellished/stylized version of something in the larger size. Rhinestones, colored portions etc. Either way, they are of exceptionally high quality and just like an official wing except for the center motif. My other thought was tech rep or civilian test pilot? I believe some of the tech rep insignia had this winged prop motif....would really like some other thoughts if people have them!
