ailcol Posted December 15, 2013 Share #13 Posted December 15, 2013 Great grouping. You don't see these types of complete groups like you use to.
rustbucket Posted December 15, 2013 Author Share #14 Posted December 15, 2013 This is not a single vet grouping, basic uniform was, but leather and hat were different buys.

USAFnav Posted December 15, 2013 Share #16 Posted December 15, 2013 Very interesting. The 85th went to France in late July, 1918; upon arrival they were designated a Depot Division and began to send men to other units as replacements. The artillery, however, began training and some units eventually went to the front as Corps artillery. Thanks for showing these. Pete

Backtheattack Posted January 8, 2014 Share #19 Posted January 8, 2014 As from different soldiers - it`s a great grouping of uniform and equipment. Could you make a pic from the holster markings?

Custermen Posted February 8, 2015 Share #21 Posted February 8, 2015 How about a clear photo of the unit collar badge. Looks like a 3-digit numeral; maybe the 328 or 329?
sundance Posted February 8, 2015 Share #22 Posted February 8, 2015 Very nice. I'm appreciating uniforms/clothing more and more especially when I see what Civil War articles go for.
