U.S.N. 1915 dated and "ID" officers Dress uniform

Here is my pre- WW 1 officers dress uniform it is "ID" to a Engineer officer. Coat is dated 1915. Also there was found white gloves in the tails of the coat. The pants with it's gold stripes are dated 1927.

 

It was purchased with some other navy and Army uniforms for I think $65.00.The ribbion is for WW 1 service. it is original to the coat.
