Carabinieri Posted November 27, 2013 #1 Posted November 27, 2013 I purchased this some years ago from the estate of a WWII Marine Corps veteran. Pictured and described in the U.S. War Department Handbook on Japanese Military Forces. Basically a type 91 grenade with a fin assembly attached. The fin appears to have a small spot weld keeping it in place and will not come off. One fin bent with some paint missing. Grenade section has standard markings but no markings on fin section.

gwb123 Posted September 3, 2014 #11 Posted September 3, 2014 Can you please tell us more about the Marine who brought it home? That is the purpose of this section, not just to show the items. Thanks!
