38Driver Posted December 6, 2013 Share #26 Posted December 6, 2013 Hmmm. Interesting. I wonder if that's one of those stories similar to the Spitfire canopies being fitted to Mustangs. Bodie's research sure doesn't point in that direction. Photos of the first Jug modified sure look different too. The forward canopy frame as well as the framing of the bubble would seem to point to a specifically made perpex shell, not just a Tiffie one put on. I Ahh well, one more question to wonder about.
