Found these adds from the Hammond Organ company and started looking for info about organs in WWII. Does anyone have some good information about other makers or organ types (the adds are for Hammond's G model series)? Any books or websites on this subject?

Pictures from the Hammond Organ Club.

The Hammond Organ were used in military chapels. After the War the War Dept published several TM's titled "Hammond Organ".

The field organ was made by Estey. The Army had a green "canvas" and the Navy were a dark blue, almost black. Some were painted.

Estey lost the contract and Lo Duca picked up the contract.
