Secret German Belt Buckle Gun

Hello,

I have a bound copy of G-2 periodic reports from Jan. 1945 to the end of the war. One of the pages has a sheet describing a German belt buckle gun. It fires .32 caliber bullets. Looks like it is being worn by a British soldier in a sweater as a demonstration.

This is the kind of thing that if I did not see in this dated report that I would have thought was a fake. Has anyone ever seen one of these in person?

This is what a 88th ID vet owned when my buddy bought his uniform and other TR items. I got them and never got back with the vet to discuss possibly selling his belt buckle pistol......maybe I should B)

Several years ago one of the firearms magazines did an article on these.Looked a lot like this one and has a SS eagle on the face of the buckle if I recall correctly. It was either Guns and Ammo or GUNS.
