What do you guys think of this? DId a quick Google...any info on these would be handy! Is this period? Seems like it might be later...

I dunno... it is marked as US AIR FORCE. I would expect to see ARMY AIR FORCES as the designation.......

But I don't have any direct info to back this. Just my two cents...

Its very uncommon, but there are a few WWII era items that are marked "Airforce":

Somewhere I've got a photo of (floatation) cushions used in an early B-17 marked "Airforce" as well. The construction & materials of the Ebay bag say WWII to me, but I'm just making a guess thinking 1947-1955ish. HTH

Good point Deuce! I have seen some named Airforce but I'm leaning more towards the date you mentioned!
