This is the ID card of a distant relative of mine who according to his ribbon bar was in many ETO campaigns and was previously a enlisted man. Can someone help with fixing this card it is about 50% separated as long as I'm careful it will stay together but is there any way I can fix it?

With a google search of the name I have found out he enlisted and the was a AAC cadet so perhaps he became a bomber pilot.

I would slip it into a heavy holder like a baseball card holder and leave as is. You may damage it more by using a glue that may melt the plastic or squeeze out onto the ID itself.

That is a good idea I think I will do that.
