Found these two items, but cannot find any information about them.

They measure 1 3/16" tall by 1 1/16" wide. The front reads '5th SFG (ABN) NHA TRANG REL TO CONUS 250 & 232'. Stamped brass construction.

I have seen paper tags but not metal ones with the recovery group identified.
