50s -60s Photo collection of Wolfgang Scherp U.S. Army

Came across more of that 2nd Infantry Brigade GI who was a photographer. plus two links of his stuff, one you'll see a wierd patch being worn.

Ditto, not the real early concept of a subdued name tape in this and the above photo, this was 1957, I see this one or two times before in that time period.

It looks like the civilian contractor "Scientific Advisors" to CDEC are wearing field uniforms with their company logo in the form of SSI and pin-on cap badges as well as tapes with the company name, "LSSI."
