doyler Posted October 27, 2013 Share #6 Posted October 27, 2013 THe first production runs as I understand had a more rounded tip.I have heard refferance in knife collectors circles that these were done in the first 6 months or less of production and more so seen on the Kabars with the upper red/black/red spacers under the pommels.Need a more overall shot of your knife to see what you have. THis said you will see this shape on Robeson manufactured knives as well.Just picked up a USN marked Robeson that was part of a Corpsmans group that was split to the wind.It has the more rounded tip grind.
