1918 Buttonhole sons in service flag pin

Recommended Posts

1918 was a time when patriotism was strong and people hung sons-in-service flags in the windows of their homes and businesses, but, here is a buttonhole pin showing someone with two sons serving, first time I've ever seen such a patriotic item like this, who knows how many other smaller items like this were worn in public to show they had a family member in the A.E.F.? thumbsup.gif Sarge Booker
