irish Posted January 4, 2014 #226 Posted January 4, 2014 Marine Corps Boxed stationary with envelopes and labels. The labels say it all, and were likely attached to the back of envelope.

billl Posted January 30, 2014 #234 Posted January 30, 2014 Picked up the attachment. It originally cost a dollar (price tag on bottom) and came with the V letter stationery, a bottle of ink, pen, and some lead for a mechanical pencil, I think. I kinda like it to accent a May, 1944 (just before D Day) field desk that I am putting together. Several photos to follow. More photos More

Thor996 Posted April 5, 2014 #247 Posted April 5, 2014 I'm not sure what the recon/photo squadron number is on this one: this came from a group of letters belonging to a fellow who was in Alaska with the 77th Bombardment Squadron 11th AF Photo Section-the Bugs Bunny has a navy hat on and is on a flying fish- leading me to believe its not AAF unit stationary. Anybody with information regarding this unit, please advise thanks
