Ends up being an old fight computer. A Dalton Dead Reckoning Flight Computer model G. It has seen some serious wear and tear and is not fully complete but is still a cool bit of history. It would have been strapped to the pilots leg and would have been able to make quick calculations base on altitude, miles to help set course. Cool stuff especially for the bargain price of $5.
