Squeaker Posted September 30, 2013 Share #1 Posted September 30, 2013 Does anyone know of where I can get some documents scanned to digital? I don't have access to a good scanner, and I really don't want to buy one for the few docs. I have right now. Can a photo place scan them in? I plan on taking some photos in on Wednesday anyway. gwb123 Posted September 30, 2013 Share #2 Posted September 30, 2013 Most photo places (Kinkos, Office Depot) can scan documents for you to a flash drive. I'm not sure if you will find one that offers that self service, or if you will have to ask for the clerk to help you.
kies99 Posted October 2, 2013 Share #3 Posted October 2, 2013 My Kinkos has self service scanning stations.
Dave Posted October 2, 2013 Share #4 Posted October 2, 2013 I bought two of the scanners that I'm using for my book for less than $30 each on eBay. They do 1200dpi and have about a 1/2" depth of focus, so could potentially do more than just flat objects. Might be worth the minor investment just to have one on hand...
