3rd Special Battalion CB footlocker named to Lt. in medical corps

[24th_infantry]

Found this footlocker the other day. I couldn't find any information about the guy all I know is that his name is P. W. Fenney and was a lieutenant in the medical corps. The trunk has the shipping tags still attached. Along with the locker came a money belt, tape for making a cast, a reed bracelet and an unopened bottle of pills for malaria. I've only seen a few CB lockers before and I figured I'd snag it just for the heck of it.
