Pre WW2 Philippine Marines

Found these photos at an estate sale recently. These may have come from the same Marine shown in my "Korean era" post: http://www.usmilitariaforum.com/forums/ind...?showtopic=1886 . I'm guessing they were taken in the Philippines because of the knife being used in the one photo below and because the guy leaning against the fence looks Filipino:

Bob: Not sure about this building being destroyed during the war or not. My images come from from a 36-37 album.

 

I had read that pretty much everything there was leveled and could not find a photo of these barracks online, only newer ones built in about 1946 or so.
