dfc engraving opinions

It should be hand engraved, and have the rank. I don't like this one. At best it was engraved in the 50's and not by the PQMD.

Cant speak to the medal but OMG, I have never seen that document before. Makes the horror's of war all the more real!

The document is an Individual Deceased Personnel File(IDPF) but I'm not even sure it has any connection to the name on the DFC.


As Kurt said, save your money!.

Oh defo, thanks guys im waiting to purchase a named dcm to a maj. gen. anyway. So i can reunite it with his bronze star i have now, ill post it once i get it.
