Clutch back Navy wing maker question - H-24-N hallmark

Can anyone tell me the manufacturer and date for a pair of gold Navy Wings... clutch back with H-24-N stamping?

H-24 indicates Hilborn & Hamburger is the manufacturer. The N indicates it is a Naval badge. The Letter and two digits mean it was made after 1974 most likely a bit later. Hilborn & Hamburger went out of business in 1999. I hope that helps.

Most of "H24N" Naval wings I saw so far were from 1980s and 1990s, but hard to say without photos!
