And finally, an overview of just how small this museum is. The set of drawers in the background contains all sorts of goodies: The captured watch, the tobbaco ration card, the train ticket etc.

Would like to go to that one someday. Having searched out many 2nd Marine Division veterans, I have a few souvenirs from Paekakariki. All of the 2nd vets I have talked to spoke/speak fondly of New Zealand and her people. Thanks for posting about this museum
