Medical CVC Helmet?

I saw this helmet on Etsy I'm not too familiar with this site there is some cool stuff on there but most of the people have no clue on the value of militaria and over price most of the stuff but anyway lets talk about this helmet. The writing on this looks original to me maybe this is a crew member of a medical Striker vehicle?

Agreed. Usually you don't see much permanent markings like that in a stryker unit. Still a nice piece.

Nice helmet, in all my years of collecting tanker helmets I bet I've only seen a handful of medical marked CVC's. I agree, most likely a M-113 medical evac. track.
