After mom passed away earlier this year I found this card board like photo portfolio from the Signal Corp. It contains 16 - 11x14 photographs depicting different events during the US fight in Europe. One of the inside flaps has a circular embossed seal with statement "Signal Corp USA". Performing a search on the internet did not reveal any further information so reaching out to forum members to see what they have to say.
