I've picked up a few items from him in the past and he normally started very high, but in the end, Id purchase them very reasonable. Do to condition issues I didnt even throw him an offer. The story was that their used to be a Tavern in the area called "Bombers" it was the center piece and sat behind the bar for years. He aquired it when he bought the bar and changed the name and decor. Its been for sale for a long time in his antique store. I'm sure you could put one together for much, much less than he is asking.
