What does the Angel 25 mean on this patch? And does the 59-61 indicate the tour years for this patch? Any help would be great. Thanks a lot!!

The 59-61 is the year of the cruise.Looks like Angel 25 is a Rescue Helicopter.

The Angel was on another patch , I just can't recall which one, I think a Fighter Sqd in the Navy ...........................

These patches have a lot of symbolism.Look at the 'OO''s on look and out.The look like an owls eyes.The stars look like big dipper, could have been an Alaskan cruise?The angle was on another Navy HS Sq patch.Could be HC-1?
