manayunkman Posted September 15, 2013 Share #8 Posted September 15, 2013 Are these from an armor school or maneuver ? Thanks for taking the time to post.
gomorgan Posted September 16, 2013 Share #9 Posted September 16, 2013 Probably from both training and maneuver, and are very early war taken. My father was a M-3 driver with a Armored Engineer Bn. in the ETO
manayunkman Posted September 16, 2013 Share #10 Posted September 16, 2013 If it weren't for men like your father I probably would not be here today. Thank you.
gomorgan Posted September 17, 2013 Share #11 Posted September 17, 2013 Your most welcome on Dad's behalf, but as an old Combat Engineer myself if not for Dad I wouldn't be here either. He's been gone since 2003 and I think of him almost every day, they were in fact the greatest generation and I was privledged to have grown up with them all around me.
