The only one that I have ever seen, besides what is on the website. Very rare, and during the 1938-1942 time frame. Aircraft: F4U, SB2U, and OS2U. Also, VS-316A was flown in 1942.

Kelsey-Hayes Wheel Company

During World War II (1939–1945), Kelsey-Hayes contributed to the war effort by producing machine guns. Kelsey-Hayes also manufactured tank components and aircraft wheels.

During the Korean War Kelsey-Hayes produced parts for the aircraft industry. They also promoted specialty products for the automobile industry such as chrome-plated and aluminum wheels. In 1958 the company's research and development department began looking into anti-lock brake systems (ABS) for automobiles—prior to this, the ABS was only used in aircraft. With so much diversification of its product line, Kelsey-Hayes Wheel Company saw fit to change its name to Kelsey-Hayes Corporation in the late 1950s.

I have never seen another and here is a matching set of armbands for a Production Control for Bell Aircraft Corporation. Most times you see "inspection" but with Bell they went with Production Control.

Here is your insignia on the cover of an April 1943 training class yearbook. No idea what the WAIT tab represents though.

It looks like the WAIT tab means “Women Aircraft Instrument Technicians.”  Says so on the front cover.

Duh, on my part.  I realized that as soon as I posted the photo. Should have aimed before I shot 🤣

The original question was:

Hi Steve,

Do you know what CAF stands for?

Thanks Steve I did the same. Frustrating when a potential buyer ask and you can't answer. I told him because a pretty girl was wearing it it stood for Cute A** Female😲

Arizona Gliding Academy and Claiborne Flight Academy shared the same insignia. However, the aircraft are different. The Claiborne is the rarer of the two though.
