Good question JS! There's a list of all the participating vehicles at the back of the show program. It runs to 16 pages of small print and reads like a telephone directory...the numbers are mind-boggling! It lists who the owners are. Most are privately owned...many guys have multiple entries...serious collectors! As for their nationality, mostly British of course, but all of our continental neighbours are listed too...France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark....etc. The trouble and expense these guys go to in order to transport their vehicles to the UK is incredible! Driving home along the M20 yesterday I passed numerous military vehicles heading for home doing a stately 45 mph! Even within the UK itself it will take them hours to get home at such speeds...not to mention the gas consumed by some of these vintage military trucks!! :o

British FV432 APC fitted with a Scimitar turret. The basic APC is the British equivalent of the US M113. Although it dates from the 60s, it has been upgraded and is still in service, now known as the "Bulldog" (this isn't one!)

"All we are saying....is give peace a chance!" Mrs Sabrejet couldn't resist the photo-opportunity. Every year, this guy does a different "peacenik" act!

Johan Willaert

I'm not sure what GMC variant this is. Anybody know?

It is a Chevrolet K44 used by the Signal Corps to place telephone wire poles... Was used together with the K43 model, which this group,also,owns...

Belongs to a collector friend from Belgium
