Plate 86. (1869 Navy uniform regs, it was short, 12 pages of text and about half a dozen plate, several in colur, the seller wanted US$500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars) for it and it remained unsold. Someone offered the 1886 Navy uniform regs for US$450.00 (Four Hundred and Fifty Dollars), it might sell, we shall wait and see?
