lisa Posted July 9, 2013 Share #1 Posted July 9, 2013 Hi, This was found with a WAVE uniform and other WAVE items from the late 1960s. The WAVE who owned it can't remember what it was for. She thinks it may have gone on a cap. However, I haven't been able to find anything with it on it and am leaning toward it just being a civilian piece she picked up somewhere along the way.
