Vietcong flag with info by capturing unit written on it

I recently posted the Vietnamese and Cambodian patch collection bringbacks (just ended up putting them all on Ebay since they aren't my thing) but I also have this awesome bringback Vietcong flag.

 

According to the paper that was with it, it was captured by the 2nd Bn, 9th Regt, 5th ARVN Division north of Lai Khe near Chan Thanh, Highway 13. It was brought back by a US Major who was the advisor to that unit.

 

Other than the date it was captured (15 Feb 1973) I don't know what is specifically written on it. Anyone read Vietnamese?
