audacia cum prudentia Posted October 9, 2014 Share #1029 Posted October 9, 2014 Hopefully it will be in the deleted scenes on the DVD Glen! I'll never forget after witnessing that, a few days later an extra came up to me and we got chatting. A short while later, he says to me, "did you hear about that other extra that got in a fist fight with Shia? He got filled in by the cast and escorted off set". My reply was "oh, that's just jonno!" Shia was a top bloke, he can come on a Second Armored trip any day. The film rumour mill is just weird though, within a day almost everyone was coming up to me and saying : Are you the guy who beat Brad Pitt up on set when he stole your food ? Send reinforcement we're going to advance = send two and sixpence, we're going to a dance Enclosed is a photo from the 2nd Armored in Europe 2010 Czech event, I'd like to think we provided inspiration, and for anyone who want to re-enact in the largest and best WW2 armored event ever, on the 70th anniversary, on the actual battlefields with the advisors, vehicles and extras from FURY, then if you meet the required standards, we want to hear from you 2nd Armored in Europe, since 1999, doing 2nd Armored before FURY !! ccmax Posted October 9, 2014 Share #1031 Posted October 9, 2014 And a low point is scored in the depiction of WWII vets. Anyway, the pin up in the plexiglass grips are a cool detail.

kammo-man Posted October 9, 2014 Author Share #1043 Posted October 9, 2014 Thousands of images were studied for the production. All of this was studied by the writer-director David Ayer for years. This gritty look of FURY stems from these studies.

Government Issue Posted October 10, 2014 Share #1045 Posted October 10, 2014 Bodies were made This scared the hell out of me before I read your description! I'm continuously astounded by how close you all worked toward your source material. I know I won't be seeing it til' next Friday but I'm already going to say that the degree to historical accuracy that you held the film to is going to be well appreciated. I haven't seen it yet and I already appreciate it!
