101CH47 Posted June 19, 2013 Share #1 Posted June 19, 2013 I could have sworn I had a book that showed the variations of 1911 pouches in WWI and WWII but if I do I can't find it. Was there at one time a thread on here about those variations?
Fausto Posted June 20, 2013 Share #2 Posted June 20, 2013 Hi ! As an addicted collector of .45 magazine pouches I posted many topics on this subject. And other guys here in the Forum posted even bigger and in deep studies. If you make a search you will find a lot of information about early Mills pouches, other WWI makers, Philadelphia Depot made between wars and about all WWII so far known... RustyCanteen Posted June 20, 2013 Share #3 Posted June 20, 2013 There have been many such threads here on the forum, however Craig and me are overhauling the reference sections so some of them may not be visible. If you remember a specific thread I can try to find it and make it available. RC
101CH47 Posted June 20, 2013 Author Share #4 Posted June 20, 2013 RC, thanks. I spent a good bit of time using the search function yesterday with few positive results on this topic. I thought at one time there was a thread showing the variations and contractors.
