Cap belonged to my Uncle Chester L. locke, Yeoman to the commander of ACORN 13 on Guadalcanal, and Bouganville. He was two war Navy being called back for Korea. My addition-dress green jacket and rear pocket missing trousers IDd to corporal (Pfc on Guadalcanal), radiooperator of SCR-284 on Canal, he was attached to F/2/11 from May 1942 to August 1943 and from August 1943 to late June 1944 with HQ/3/5 , it's interesting that patch is on right sleeve, hope you like it. Cullinane Jr. He was in the 1st Marine Raider Bn and transferred to "Co. I" 3/8 2nd Marine Division in July 1942. He participated to the Battle of Guadalcanal and he is WIA on Nov. 12th, 1942. I have talked to her, but she didn't know much of anything about his service except that he would write home asking for money to help the starving children he kept encountering. He died in 1978.
