tom63 Posted June 17, 2013 Share #1 Posted June 17, 2013 A friend has this Japanese Imperial Navy knots gauge for sale that a relative supposedly obtained shortly after WWII. The thing that bothers me is the "1962" stamped in one of the boxes. Is that a date or something else? Can anyone translate the Japanese characters?
