12thengr Posted June 9, 2023 #908 Posted June 9, 2023 Yes! Lionel Stander on the left,( remember 'Hart to Hart?), William Bendix in the center. Bendix played a similar character in both "Wake Island' and 'Lifeboat'.
12thengr Posted December 7, 2023 #911 Posted December 7, 2023 DogDoc; Until I saw this photo, I didn't even know he was associated with this movie. Gotta watch the credits more.😆

DogDoc Posted December 8, 2023 #918 Posted December 8, 2023 Days of Glory. I had to cheat though to find it. I’ve looked at that picture several times for a clue and just couldn’t get there. I did the deep dive and found it. Now I have to watch it.

Marshallj Posted December 12, 2023 #922 Posted December 12, 2023 Not a war film per se but WW1 is a key component of the movie and the book and the historical events.
Marshallj Posted December 12, 2023 #923 Posted December 12, 2023 Based on real events. Most of the uniforms and gear are genuine.
