I think something a little more obscure / challenging is needed here! We've run a few similar online quizzes in the past...quite amusing whilst they last, but they have a habit of running out of steam! :D

Here you go, an old friend, good movie

Gave me one of my first jobs at the local airport and helped me become a successul pilot.

He passed in 2006.

Name that film!

Fyi, he was awarded the Navy Cross in WWII as a Naval Aviator.

Well done.

 

By the way, he is Lt(jg) Adam Berg...USS WASP CV-14, VB-14.

When I was learning to fly, he gave me a job washing all the airplanes in his flight school.

I would drive a fuel truck in the morning, and wash aiplanes in the afternoon.

Adam was a very successful actor and a great guy.
