Bureau of Naval Personnel - Information Bulletin (November 1944) - "This Magazine is for ALL HANDS, Pass the Copy Along" had an article titled "Decorations, Medals, and Ribbons on pages 34 through 41, with a colour spread sheet showing the service ribbons all in colour too!
