My Dad was a Sgt in a Combat Engineer Battalion in the ETO. He took this stickpin off of a German Artillery officer along with the officers Luger. A fellow GI helped himself to the Luger but the stickpin made it here. I still have it.

The NSKK was the German motor corps. They trained soldiers in auto maintenance and repair, as well as driving VIP's around.

Correct, NSKK was short for Nationalsozialistisches Kraftfahrkorps

If you mean the Luger you are 100% correct as it was a Artillery model with the longer barrel.
