USMarineCorps Posted May 31, 2025 #127 Posted May 31, 2025 It’s great to see the medals and their stories coming back together. Thank you! Any chance we could figure out who #7414 was awarded to? I presume this was a WW2 award. Fred

I have one more 1142 and thanks 🙏 WWII Cross was issued in 1946 to Bernard Ciotti. I will try to get a card From a 1942 Newspaper: CIOTTI PROMOTED Freeport--Bernard Ciotti, 26, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Ciotti, 199 Seaman Freeport, has been promoted from the rank of corporal to that of technical sergeant, it was learned here today. Sgt. Ciotti is serving with the Signal Corps at Fort Jay, it was said. Bill

Kadet Posted June 18, 2025 #139 Posted June 18, 2025 Looking for the WWII recipient of medal 12666 if anyone can help. From the numbering I would guess it was awarded in the mid 60s
