Is this something hard to find? You can see it is in great condition other than missing internal pieces. Missing one end piece on a strap. I picked one up exactly like yours, missing the innards (and several rivets), about two years ago. Interestingly enough, mine came out of Northern California and I noticed your location is Northern California. I find it kind of odd or interesting at least that two identically modified pieces came out of the same area. I wonder if there is a reason.
