WWI Victory Medal Bars in Memorial Building at the National WWI Museum

As you walk into one of the memorial buildings at the National WWI Museum, there are these giant Victory Medals on the wall. I assume these are all of the "official" bars that could be worn.

The naval one is missing the West Indies bar

Those are battle clasps only. It doesn't have the service clasps (England, France, Italy, Russia and Siberia).

Also it is missing in the naval grouping of clasps: Aviation, West Indies, Mobile Base, Grand Fleet, White Sea, Asiatic & Overseas.
