BEAST Posted May 5, 2013 Share #5 Posted May 5, 2013 Here is one that I just started explore: http://memoiredeguerre.pagesperso-orange.fr/convoi44/list-hopital.htm It is all in French, so I am depending heavily on Google translate. Here is the title: The last convoy of Rennes said "train de Langeais"List of prisoners of war parties Rennes early August 1944 I hope our French speaking members will take a look and provide a proper translation, but I believe the purpose of the site is to document the story of these trains that transported POWs that were not marked and were strafed by Allied aircraft. What is interesting is that it lists the wounds received by the POWs. I found a paratrooper that I am researching and found he was wounded in both shoulders. Funny thing is that I interviewed him in the 1980s and he never mentioned being wounded!
